Specification of ceramic rod shaft:
1. Forming method: Dry pressed, Ceramic injection molding and ISO pressing and so on
2. Specification: Available outer from 1mm to 50mm, available length from 3mm to 2000mm
3. Material available: YSZ zirconia, TTZ zirconia, 95~99.5% alumina, Silicon carbide (SiC)
4. Tolerance A: Diameter below 12.5mm, tolerance ± 3% or ± 0.076 mm, whichever is greater. Straightness: camber / length < 0.003
5. Tolerance B: Diameter above 12.5mm, tolerance ± 5% or ± 0.76 mm, whichever is greater. Straightness: ≤ 0.006″/1.000″ cumulative
6. Surface finish: the working surface to be diamond polished up to Ra0.1, or better
